SNT Protectant Hard-Seal No. 6 is a combination of Teflon resin and SNT super-nano materials, capable of penetrating into the ground or wall by 2-5mm. It undergoes a cross-linking reaction with the ground or wall (Teflon resin, SNT super-nano materials, and the ground or wall itself), filling the pores of the ground or wall, and forming a 2-5 millimeter thick Teflon ultra-wear-resistant layer on the surface. This wear-resistant layer possesses all the advantages of Teflon, including super hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, resistance to seepage and contamination, and endurance against acids, alkalis, chemical solvents, and ultraviolet light. It also has an excellent weather resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius.

Non-toxic and formaldehyde-free.

Free from hardeners such as TDI, MDI, and HDI.

Free from harmful solvents like benzene, toluene, xylene, and ethylbenzene.

It is particularly suitable for walls, floors, exterior walls, bathrooms, and kitchens. It is also applicable to industries such as petrochemical equipment, ships, bridges, automobiles, construction, high-speed rail, transportation, and the protection of chips and other electronic products.

The main differences between SNT Protectant Hard-Seal No. 6 and DuPont are:

1. DuPont is a two-component system that requires a hardener, while SNT Protectant Hard-Seal No. 6 is a one-component system that does not require a hardener, which is a revolutionary improvement. It is widely believed that hardeners are toxic and carcinogenic substances.

2. DuPont is a coating, while SNT Protectant Hard-Seal No. 6 is a penetrating type, marking another leap forward.

3. The SNT super-nano combination has an ultraviolet light shielding rate of over 99%, which means it has extremely high efficiency in shielding, absorbing, reflecting, and scattering ultraviolet light; this is something that DuPont  does not have.

Protectant Application Instructions:

1. Before use, check for any sediment and shake well.

2. Apply evenly on the surface of the substrate using a spray gun. Low pressure and small flow rate spraying is recommended for better results. Approximately 1 liter of this product can cover an area of about 10 square meters. It is suggested to use a spray gun with good atomization effects for spraying.

3. After spraying, let it stand and air dry naturally. The super hydrophobic effect will be achieved once the surface solvents have evaporated. However, to fully cure, it is necessary to wait until the next day.

4. Alternatively, brushing, rolling, or repeated soaking treatments can also be applied.

Protectant Construction Precautions:

① Shake or stir the product well before use until no sediment is visible.

② After opening, seal the solution and store it in a cool place. Do not place it under direct sunlight. The shelf life of this product is 1 year.

③ Do not mix this product with other solvents.
