Product Introduction

The anti-static liquid that is resistant to washing is a neutral aqueous solution, non-toxic, non-flammable, and pollution-free, making it safe to use. When applied to the surface of objects, it forms an extremely thin transparent film that provides long-lasting and highly efficient anti-static and static dissipation functions. It effectively eliminates static electricity accumulation caused by friction, prevents static interference and dust adhesion phenomena, and maintains a transparent and aesthetically pleasing appearance. It remains effective even at humidity levels below 20%. Depending on the usage conditions, the anti-static properties can last from three months to a year. The anti-static liquid also has the functions of cleaning, decontaminating, and polishing.

The static dissipation performance indicators of this product: surface resistance, volume resistance, and triboelectric voltage comply with the requirements of SJ/T 10694-2006, and the static decay period complies with the requirements of GJB 3007A-2009.

Scope of Application

Anti-static Principle and Features of Polythiophene Coating

The three inventors of intrinsically conductive polymers were awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2000. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) is an intrinsically conductive polymer with a conjugated structure of conductive channels, as shown in the structural diagram below.

The coating containing polythiophene can form a conductive network structure (see the diagram below), thus achieving anti-static effects.

Usage Method

Choose the appropriate application method based on the shape, size, and surface condition of the item to be coated. Such as spray coating, roller coating, brush coating, velvet cloth coating, brush coating, and immersion coating.

Precautions: Keep away from light. Although this product is non-toxic, it should not be consumed. If it accidentally enters the eyes or mouth, please wash with plenty of water or go to the hospital for examination. Keep it out of reach of children when not in use.
