Construction Method

1. Surface Preparation: Properly treat the surface according to specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues, and any loose materials left on the base surface.

2. Grinding: Use a grinding machine with 30, 100, and 300 grit resin grinding discs for wet grinding (add water). Depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times to achieve a flat and even surface. The smoother the surface, the better the coloring effect will be in the later stages.

3. Application of Sealer and Hardener: After the floor is dry, spray the SNT color concrete sealer and hardener evenly over the surface using a dust spreader, ensuring that the floor absorbs the material as uniformly as possible. Generally, apply two coats.

4. Polishing: After the floor is dry, use a high-speed polishing machine with a No. 3 horsehair pad to dry polish the surface. (This step is optional; polishing will result in a glossy finish, while not polishing will result in a matte finish.)
