I. Introduction to Lithium-based Concrete Sealers and Hardeners
1. Introduction to Hard
Hard is a lithium-based concrete sealer and hardener manufactured using super-nano technology. The lithium silicate contained in this material reacts chemically with calcium hydroxide in the concrete to form highly chemically stable tricalcium silicate. It is insoluble in water and provides better density, wear resistance, dust proofing, and impact resistance. Hanjia is an environmentally friendly material, and its excellent densification effect greatly reduces the porosity of the concrete surface, creating a healthy and clean environment, significantly reducing the maintenance costs of the floor, and enhancing light reflection, creating a bright and comfortable working environment for employees and customers.

2. Introduction to Hard Seal
Hard Seal is a concrete sealer and hardener that can create a highly polished and bright floor surface. The easily sprayable lithium silicate penetrates into the concrete and reacts with it. The hardness, density, and durability of both newly poured and long-used concrete floors will be greatly increased. At the same time, the emulsified SiO2 component in Hard Seal can seal the concrete surface, making it bright and easy to clean and maintain. The treated floor is waterproof, chemical corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant. Hard Seal is most suitable for standard decorative concrete and precast cement clay bricks.

Construction Method for SNT Concrete Sealers and Hardeners Hard Seal and Hard
Different construction methods are adopted according to customer requirements.

II. Construction Methods
Method One: HardA Construction Method
1. After diamond grinding hardening (or original slurry hardening) is completed, immediately apply HardA. There are two methods: one is to spray with a sprayer, and the other is to apply evenly with a flat mop.

2. After drying, cover and protect with plastic film.
3. Before handing over for use, dry polish the floor with a high-speed polishing machine with a No. 3 horsehair pad. (If there is no high-speed polishing machine, use a grinding machine with a 3M black pad for dry polishing)
Method Two: Hard Construction Method
1. Surface preparation: Properly treat the surface according to specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues, and any loose materials left on the base surface.
2. Grind with a grinding machine equipped with 30, 100, and 300 grit resin grinding discs (wet grinding with water). Depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times. The smoother and more even the floor, the better the effect.
3. After the floor is dry, spray Hard onto the floor evenly with a dust spreader, ensuring the floor absorbs the material uniformly.
4. After the floor is dry, wet grind the floor with 500 and 1000 grit pads.
5. Roll-apply a layer of SNT Hard on the floor and let it dry.
6. Dry polish the floor with a high-speed polishing machine with a No. 3 horsehair pad. (If there is no high-speed polishing machine, use a grinding machine with a 3M black pad for dry polishing)
Method Three: A Agent with Hard Seal Construction Method, please refer to the general concrete sealer and hardener for details
1. Surface preparation: Properly treat the surface according to specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues, and any loose materials left on the base surface.
2. Grind with a grinding machine equipped with 30, 100, and 300 grit resin grinding discs (wet grinding with water). Depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times. The smoother and more even the floor, the better the effect.
3. After the floor is dry, spray SNT Sealer and Hardener NANA1001 A Agent evenly on the floor with a dust spreader, ensuring the floor absorbs the material uniformly.
4. Apply evenly and thoroughly moisten. If the water evaporates and the floor turns white or crystallizes, apply an appropriate amount of water to dissolve it. Soak for more than four hours, and at the same time, grind the floor with a grinding machine using 500 and 1000 grit pads, depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times; finally, wash the floor with a floor washing machine and use a vacuum cleaner to remove excess sealer and hardener A and sludge.
5. Roll-apply a layer of SNT Hard Seal on the floor and let it dry.
6. Dry polish the floor with a high-speed polishing machine with a No. 3 horsehair pad. (If there is no high-speed polishing machine, use a grinding machine with a 3M black pad for dry polishing)
Method Four: Hard SealA Construction Method
1. Surface preparation: Properly treat the surface according to specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues, and any loose materials left on the base surface.
2. Grind with a grinding machine equipped with 30, 100, and 300 grit resin grinding discs (wet grinding with water). Depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times. The smoother and more even the floor, the better the effect.
3. Roll-apply a layer of SNT Hard SealA on the floor and let it dry.
4. After the floor is dry, dry polish the floor with a high-speed polishing machine with a No. 3 horsehair pad. (This step is optional; polishing will result in a glossy finish, while not polishing will result in a matte finish)
Note: Gloss and hardness can be built up; if higher gloss and greater hardness are required, repeat steps 3-4.
