General Concrete Sealer and Hardener

Introduction

1. Nano-1001A Concrete Sealer and Hardener has a significant hardening effect on various types of floors, especially on very loose floors. When used in combination with Nano-1001C Concrete Sealer and Hardener, the effect is faster and better.

2. Nano-1001C Concrete Sealer and Hardener can be referred to as an activator, pre-treatment agent, or filler. It is widely used in the renovation of old floors to activate aging factors. For old floors, loose, and porous floors, it can pre-compact the pores, activate reaction molecules, and maximize the effect of Nano-1001A Concrete Sealer and Hardener. Additionally, the reaction between Nano-1001C and Nano-1001A can further seal and harden the surface. Moreover, Nano-1001C can also be used with cement as a super grouting material.

Construction Plan

I. For relatively loose cement floors, you can choose to construct with Nano-1001A and Nano-1001C Concrete Sealer and Hardener, and then combine with Hard Seal polishing. (A+C+Hard Seal)

1. Substrate Treatment: Appropriate treatment according to specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues, and removing loose materials left on the subsrate surface.

2. Use a grinding machine with 30, 100, and 300 grit resin grinding discs for grinding (both dry and wet grinding are possible). Depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times. At this time, you can spray Nano-1001C Concrete Sealer and Hardener on the floor for wet grinding to save time. Apply evenly, fully moisten, and if the water evaporates, the floor turns white or crystallizes, you should sprinkle an appropriate amount of water to dissolve it. Soak for more than four hours, finally, use a floor scrubber to scrub the floor, use a water absorber to remove excess sealing and hardening agent C and mud, and dry.

3. After the floor is dry, spray Nano-1001A Concrete Sealer and Hardener on the floor, apply evenly, fully moisten. If the water evaporates, the floor turns white or crystallizes, you should sprinkle an appropriate amount of water to dissolve it. Soak for more than four hours, at the same time, depending on the condition of the floor, use a grinding machine with 300 grit grinding discs to grind 3-5 times; finally, use a floor scrubber to scrub the floor, use a water absorber to remove excess sealing and hardening agent A and mud, and dry.

4. Use a grinding machine with 500, 1000, and 2000 grit grinding discs to grind the floor wet. Depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times.

5. Then, apply Nano-1008-Hardseal Concrete Sealer and Hardener on the floor.

6. If a higher gloss is required, you can choose to polish the floor with fiber polishing pads.

Notes:

a. If there are many holes in the floor, you can repair the holes after grinding 30 grit, and it is recommended to use Agent E (Nano-1002E) cement mortar for repair.

b. If the hardness is not up to the requirements after completing Agent A, you can do Agent A (Nano-1001A) again after completing Agent A.

c. If there is a high-speed polishing machine, finally, you can use a high-speed polishing machine to dry polish and clean the floor.

II. For relatively hard cement floors, diamond sand floors, and terrazzo floors, you can choose to construct with Nano-1001A Concrete Sealer and Hardener and Hard Seal. (A+Hard Seal)

1. Substrate Surface Treatment: Appropriate treatment according to specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues, and removing loose materials left on the base surface.

2. Use a grinding machine with 30, 100, and 300 grit resin grinding discs for grinding (wet grinding with water). Depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times. Try to make the floor as flat as possible, the flatter the floor, the better the final effect.

3. After the floor is dry, spray Nano-1001A Concrete Sealer and Hardener on the floor, apply evenly, fully moisten. If the water evaporates, the floor turns white or crystallizes, you should sprinkle an appropriate amount of water to dissolve it. Soak for more than four hours, at the same time, use a grinding machine with 500, 1000, and 2000 grit grinding discs to grind the floor, depending on the condition of the floor, grind 3-5 times; finally, use a floor scrubber to scrub the floor, use a water absorber to remove excess sealing and hardening agent A and mud.

4. Then, apply Nano-1008-Hard Seal Concrete Sealer and Hardener on the floor and let it dry.

5. Use a high-speed polishing machine with a No. 3 horsehair pad to dry polish the floor. (If there is no high-speed polishing machine, you can use a grinding machine with a 3M black pad to dry polish).
